Communication Cards is a non-profit organisation that creates communication cards for dementia patients to suit their individual needs. So far the project has managed to create communication and pairing cards for over 80 people around Cornwall, supporting local memory cafes and individuals to help with their dementia. We collaborate with each subject to create a pack of cards that show objects, family members and places that are a part of their daily lives to help them communicate with their careers and family. Our Mission is to keep making local communities around Cornwall more dementia friendly by collaborating with the members of the memory cafes and the locals to create pairing cards together.
